TTT Cellars Things Take Time Cape Pink 2023 is a playful, small-batch dessert wine from Calitzdorp in the Klein Karoo. Crafted from Ruby Cabernet, Tinta Barocca and Touriga Nacional, each variety is fermented separately before fortification, then matured on French oak staves. Bright pink in colour, it bursts with fresh strawberry and cherry flavours, lifted by gentle sweetness and a subtle vanilla finish.
Lively, fruit-forward and beautifully balanced, this 375ml fortified wine is ideal with berry tart, fruit desserts or soft cheese, and is best served lightly chilled after dinner.
