A truly boutique winery and vineyard in Napier. The story begins with the planting of a small block of Petit Verdot in the garden of an old colonial house overlooking the Klipdrift River in 1999. Plantings have increased since then with the addition of other cultivars, but all in tiny quantities, below that of any commercial operation. Tending of the vines, through to the wine-making itself are all undertaken by a small group of reputable winemakers every year to create wines that would not normally be commercially viable. We’re delighted to be able to offer a small release to our customers.
