Description
The vineyards are located on very unique Robertson soils which assists with the ripe fruit quality and structure typical of Lozärn wines. The grapes were fermented on the skins for 18 days before being pressed and racked into barrel. The wine was then matured in French oak barrels for 12 months. This bold Cabernet Sauvignon is light ruby in colour with a brick red rim. The palate is full and grippy with dry tannins and a rhubarb finish. Enjoy this wine on a cold winters night around the fireplace.
