Description
The grapes were grown and hand-harvested 5km outside of Stellenbosch centre. After fermentation, the juice was matured in older French oak barrels for 18 months. On the nose, this Cabernet Sauvignon offers ample red fruit, blackberry and cassis. The palate showcases black fruit and spice with well-integrated oak and a superb mouthfeel.
