Description
Beautifully crafted wine from the Utiel-Requena wine region in the province of Valencia, Spain. This blend of Tempranillo and Bobal is a true representation of the region’s unique terroir. The hot dry climate creates ideal conditions for growing grapes with intense flavours and aromas. The grapes are hand-picked and sorted before gentle crushing. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks before aging in American and French oak barrels for 12 months and a further 2 years in bottle. This aging process imparts complex vanilla flavours and layered aromas to the wine, making it one of the best wines from the region. A full-bodied, perfectly aged Spanish red with silky tannins and a long satisfying finish. Recommended to decant 30 minutes before drinking.
