This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, crafted from vines planted in 1972, offers pronounced aromas of blackberry, cassis, and roasted coffee on the nose. The palate shows a harmonious balance between vibrant fruit and a light tannic structure, resulting in a wine that is both powerful and poised. Medium-bodied with good structure, it was matured for six months in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fruit intensity and freshness.
