Description
A fruity white blend of Chardonnay, Viognier and Grenache Blanc. The grapes were left to ripen to full maturity before harvesting. The juice was fermented on the skins for 5 days and left to mature in stainless steel. Beautiful shiny pale gold colour in the glass with intense aromas of orange citrus and white flowers on the nose. The palate is fruity and fresh with a touch of honey on the finish. Ready to drink now. 40% Chardonnay, 40% Viognier, 20% Grenache Blanc
