This refreshing Cinsault is crafted with a philosophy of minimal intervention—unfined, unfiltered, and made as naturally as possible. The goal is to allow the environment, varietal, and vintage to speak for themselves, capturing the wine’s integrity, energy, and individual character.
The vines, planted in 1989 along the banks of the Moddergat River, yield a small but highly concentrated crop.
Harvested early to preserve freshness, the wine shows a wonderfully perfumed profile. On the nose, vibrant sour cherry and blueberry aromas are complemented by delicate hints of rose petals. The palate is juicy and concentrated, supported by silky tannins and a beautifully balanced acidity.
The finish is refined yet refreshing, leaving a lasting impression of purity and elegance. Vegan friendly.
