Description
From a certified organic vineyard, only two rows of this particular block of Syrah were selected for this small-batch release. A dash of Carignan was added to lift and enhance the spice character of the wine.
The juice underwent a 100% natural fermentation, followed by two years of aging in French oak barrels. After bottling, the wine was cellared for an additional 18 months to ensure perfect integration and balance.
Elegant aromas of cedarwood lead into a deep, expressive palate of cassis and white pepper. The texture is silky and velvety, delivering both richness and finesse.
