Description
The wine is elegant and fragrant, with light fine bubbles and a well-rounded mid palate. All grapes were harvested by hand and fermented dry in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation took place under pressured stainless steel tanks. This process is known as Method Charmat. This 100% Chenin Blanc CapeSecco was left on the lees for 16 weeks to ensure fruit complexity and good integration of bubbles. Wonderfully light in body with delicate aromas of peach, melon and pear. Ideal as an aperitif, but pairs well with shellfish, caviar and calamari.
