Description
A powerful red blend of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. The grapes were left to ripen to full maturity before harvesting. The juice was fermented on the skins for 20 days and left to mature in stainless steel for an additional 10 months. Intense deep ruby colour in the glass with an expressive and complex nose. The palate is bursting with red berries and the tannins are warm and round. Ready to drink now – decant two hours before. 40% Grenache, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 10% Syrah
