Description
This Chardonnay is crafted with a minimal-intervention approach, using wild yeasts, extended lees contact, and subtle oak influence to build depth, complexity, and character. Lower vineyard yields have resulted in grapes with concentrated varietal flavour.
In the glass, it displays a pale straw colour. The nose reveals inviting aromas of peach, nectarine, and citrus fruits, complemented by delicate notes of wild honey.
On the palate, layered fruit flavours unfold beautifully, mirroring the aromatics. A gentle touch of oak adds a hint of vanilla toast without overpowering the fruit. Bright, well-balanced acidity carries through to a clean, refreshing finish.
