Description
Edouard Labeye is a pioneer among winemakers in Southern France; he is also one of the partners at The Winery of Good Hope. His masterful techniques and the superior grape-growing know-how are the building blocks for a great wine. Young Swartland vines have assisted in producing this Grenache Blanc. The grapes were pre-selected and hand-picked at dawn then transported to the winery in Stellenbosch. The grapes were hand-sorted and fermented in 2nd and 5th fill oak barrels for 10 months. Refined and intricate with aromas of white peach and flowers. The palate is zesty with hints of melon and beautiful mineral freshness. We are the sole distributors, outside France, of his Private Collection.
