Description
Our Family Reserve is a premium blend of three classic Bordeaux cultivars—Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc—meticulously selected from only the finest barrels.
Each cultivar is vinified with great care: hand-sorted, gently fermented, and matured under optimal conditions to preserve purity and character. After fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrel and is then aged for 18 months in a combination of 30% new, 50% second-fill, and 20% third-fill French oak barrels.
On the nose, rich dark cherries and chocolate lead the way, followed by nuances of tobacco and dark cocoa on the palate.
