Description
This flagship Bordeaux-style blend combines Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon, showcasing the finest expression of the estate’s vineyards. Each varietal was vinified separately to preserve its unique characteristics before being expertly blended. The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure exceptional flavour concentration and varietal expression. The wine was matured for 18 months in a combination of 1st and 2nd fill French oak barrels, with only the finest 15 barrels selected for this reserve blend. On the nose, bright fruit aromas are complemented by maraschino cherries and subtle hints of cherry tobacco. The palate opens with elegance before firm, well-structured tannins provide depth and a refined texture. A long, velvety finish reveals layers of richness, while the wine’s concentrated fruit and robust flavours promise excellent ageing potential.
