Description
The Black Pearl Chenin Blanc is a lively, medium to full-bodied wine with the perfect texture that you want from a good Chenin. Made from a tiny parcel in the Swartland and vinified at the farm in Paarl. After fermentation the wine was left on the lees for a few months to add to the creamy mouth-feel. This Chenin is a well-structured and crisp with intensly exotic flavours. Easy-drinking on it’s own or enjoy with pasta, risotto and smoked fish.
