Pale straw-yellow in colour, it offers fragrant aromas of lemon, grapefruit, white peach, green apple and delicate floral notes. The palate is fresh and refined, with lively acidity, soft texture and a clean, lightly saline mineral finish. Crafted from 100% Cortese and fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness, it is wonderfully versatile at the table.
