Overlooking False Bay, two mature mountainside vineyards produce this Syrah.
Natural fermentation was employed so that the wine expresses the site and vintage rather than having a predetermined set of aromas and flavours. The wine was barrel fermented for 7 months before bottling.
A refreshing Syrah with peppery, elegant spice and fynbos aromas.
This Syrah can be chilled for a few minutes before opening.
