Rosendal Reserve Black Spice 2020

Equal parts of Shiraz and Grenache make up this full-bodied, vibrant red blend.

The grapes were sourced from the outskirts of Paarl along the foothills of the Simonsberg Mountains.

The two varietals were harvested separately and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Once fermented, the wine spent 18 months in 10% new French oak barrels. (the remainder consisted of 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^thfill)

Ripe, dark stone fruit and white pepper are apparent on the nose with tart black cherries and the palate.

Fresh acidity with silky, smooth tannins

Can cellar for up to 7 years
