Description
A wine for any and every occasion, this lovely natural sweet has a bright sunshine hue with a tinge of green around the rim. The grapes were handpicked from the Wellington region at the foothills of the Hawekwa and Limietberg mountains. After fermentation, the wine spent 3 months on the lees. The wine was then sweetened with natural grape juice prior to bottling. Notes of pineapple, sweet melon and honey suckle are apparent on the nose with lush tropical flavours of passionfruit on the palate. The finish is voluminous and wonderfully sweet. Pairs beautifully with spicy Thai dishes and decadent passionfruit and lemon curd desserts.
