Description
Once harvested, the grapes are immediately pressed back at the cellar. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats using natural yeasts. This allows the fruit and terroir to shine. The wine is aged solely in vats for 6 to 7 months, preserving the Chardonnay’s vibrant freshness. The terroir is perfect for Chardonnay, producing expressive, mineral, floral wines with a great deal of fruit. Notes of acacia honey, marzipan and white flowers come through on the nose. Rich, round, powerful and structured. The palate is well-balanced, combining freshness and fullness followed by a saline finish. This makes it not only an ideal aperitif, but also an excellent accompaniment to shellfish and creamy fish dishes.
