Description
An ecovative, fresh wine of Italian heritage. This Robertson Pinot Grigio is light with a mineral-driven core, framed by elegant floral characteristics. The fruit was harvested early in the morning and transferred to stainless steel tanks where it went through 4 hours of skin contact followed by 8 hours of lees contact. South Africa Sauvignon Blanc drinkers will thoroughly enjoy this wine, especially if they have a sensitivity to high acid wines. Notes of honeysuckle, apple and pear reveals itself on the nose. The mouth-feel is weightier than most early harvest, fresh white wines.
