Description
A wonderfully crisp Sauvignon Blanc with subtle herbaceous and grassy qualities. The fruit was hand harvested from the Paarl region early in the morning to retain the classic, fresh qualities of a Sauvignon Blanc. This wine’s structure supports a clean palate with bold acidity and green citrus flavours. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and spent 6 weeks on the lees to enhance the colour and tannin structure. A perfect Sauvignon Blanc in every way. Bright, clean and mineral-driven. Can cellar for up to 3 years.
