Description
A classic Sauvignon Blanc harvested from the Bottelary Hills in Stellenbosch. The grapes were hand-picked and left on the skins for 8 hours. The juice was left to ferment on the lees in stainless steel tanks. Gooseberries, passion fruit and grapefruit notes explode on the nose with hints of tropical fruits and herbaceous notes on the palate. The wine is dry and crisp, with bright acidity and a lean mineral finish. Pairs beautifully with prosciutto and fresh yellowtail cerviche.
