Description
All of the grapes were harvested from the Winshaw farm located in Stellenbosch. The grapes were hand-harvested and naturally fermented in oak barrels. Each varietal was fermented and aged separately. The wine spent a total of 10 months in French oak barrels. The palate displays hints of white stone fruit. The oak rounds off the wine, giving it wonderful texture and body. Drinking superbly now but can age for another 5 years. Only 5 barrels produced.
51% Pinot Gris, 26% Chardonnay, 23% Chenin Blanc
