Description
The Sauvignon Blanc was handpicked and vinified from selected rows in the farm’s top- performing dryland blocks. A portion of the grapes were harvested earlier to preserve natural acidity and vibrant green flavours. Fermentation took place at low temperatures, followed by two months of lees contact before racking. The wine shows expressive aromas of passion fruit and fresh lime zest, layered with delicate pawpaw and subtle floral notes. Crisp acidity drives a vibrant palate of tropical fruit, finishing with a long, clean mineral finish typical of Stellenbosch.
